ABOUT OUR IN-HOUSE MEMBERSHIP PLAN
With this yearly plan your preventative needs of two exams, two cleanings and all associated x-rays will be covered!
Additionally, just in case you need it, an emergency exam plus x-rays is included with the plan so you can rest easy knowing that you're covered for an exam should something arise. In an effort to further help promote patients undertaking their needed treatment this plan will include 15% off all treatment with no maximum limit.
